About RentWiz
RentWiz is a powerful new rental listings tool that allows property managers to easily and quickly manage their rental listings online.
Our focus is not to replace all other rental listing tools, but to create a tool that will help small property management companies grow, and streamline their online presence. Simplicity, ease-of-use and functionality for the application is our primary focus and we look forward to showing property managers how this application can save them time, money and headaches.
Status of RentWiz
We are currently in the process of developing the application and are getting closer to a closed beta. If you’re interested in joining us for that beta, go sign up!
We hope to begin the beta in Early June of 2009.
Who Is Behind RentWiz
RentWiz is being developed by BLUETUX, a design and development company based out of Oak Harbor Washington. BLUTUX has a great deal of experience with both web design — development and also with property managment.
In 2007 BLUETUX began partnering with NARPM, the National Association of Property Managers which is home to thousands of property managment companies around the United States (and beyond).
Additionally, we are partners with two property managment companies based in Seattle, which gives us a unique, inside understanding of the competetive world of property managment.
The two immediate team members involved in RentWiz are Sam Howat and Art Armstrong.
Sam Howat
As Creative Director, Sam is responsible for the visual aspects of the RentWiz application. His duties extend beyond just design as he also works with the team to develop the information architecture and user experience for the application.
Art Armstrong
Art is the Lead Developer on the RentWiz project. He brings years of development experience and a passion for code that is unrivaled. His focus is on developing a clean, easy to use application that is highly function and able to scale to accommodate users.
Investors & Partners
Currently we do not have any partners or investors directly involved in RentWiz. That being said, we are not adverse to making partnerships with likeminded businesses. We’re also open to investment options but are not relying on that to fund our project. We currently have been actively developing the application through our own capital.
